Just behind the Royal Albert Hall in Kensington Gore, the Well-Manicured Man (John Neville) attends the meeting of the elders in Rob Bowman's big screen version of The X-Files. The interior of the building seen in the film, though, is the Athenaeum. No, not London's venerable gentlemen's club. This is an American movie, and this Athenaeum is the dining room of the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, California.
