Time was, if you were hungry (and the weather was fine), you could enjoy a plate of pasta al fresco in front of 56-60 Wigmore Street, alongside Easley’s Mews. Alas, the pavement tables have gone. The restaurant is now part of the Ask pizza and pasta chain. Hopefully, you’ll enjoy your meal more than Jeff (Derek Thompson), Harold Shand’s (Bob Hoskins) right-hand man, who gets spat on during his clandestine meeting with the shady Councillor Harris (Bryan Marshall) in The Long Good Friday.
