What appears at first glance to be a minimalist glass office block isthe swish, Philippe Starck-designed St Martins Lane Hotel. No, the sign hasn't fallen off. It doesn't have one. You're expected to know it's there – and if you don't, well, maybe you don't belong.
This is the hotel from which Daniel Craig gets abducted in a laundry trolley, after inviting Sienna Miller for a spot of afternoon delight, in Layer Cake.
