Mornington Place, NW1
In 1952, Basil Dearden made The Gentle Gunman, a drama about IRA terrorism in London during the Blitz, with Dirk Bogarde and John Mills as brothers questioning the morality of their bombing campaign.
Mornington Place, at the corner of Mornington Crescent, was the flat of the IRA cell raided by the police.
