Walk north along Lancaster Walk in Kensington Gardens, from the Albert Memorial. The last bench on the right before equestrian statue‘Physical Energy’, is where JM Barrie (Johnny Depp) meets Sylvia Llewelyn Davies (Kate Winslet) and her boys in Finding Neverland.

In Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes, Tarzan flees the Natural History Museum to the glorious kitsch of Gilbert Scott’s beautifully restored and gilded Albert Memorial. Oliver Reed and Michael Crawford stage the first of their bomb hoaxes at the memorial in Michael Winner’s The Jokers.
